1. Ensure that all tires are balanced by a certified technician before installing the sealant.

2. Move your vehicle near an air compressor so they are easy to re-inflate after installation.

3. Remove valve core from the valve stem. Let air completely escape from the tire.

4. Reference your owners manual or contact the vehicle manufacturer to verify if your tires contain TPMS sensors.

** If your tires contain TPMS sensors use a 1/8” diameter object (pipe cleaner, wire, drill bit, etc.) and gently insert into the valve stem. If you are unable to pass the object completely through the valve stem without resistance or blocking then you can continue installing Cat Claw Tire Sealants.

If you do have resistance or complete blockage do not force object through valve stem. This means that your TPMS sensor airway is too small in diameter to allow for Cat Claw Tire Sealants to be installed. If this is the case, break the bead of the tire and install the recommended amount of sealant for that tire, and re-mount the tire on the rim.

5. After you have ensured that your valve stem is capable of handling Cat Claw Tire Sealants passing through it by testing with a 1/8” diameter object. You can then reference the Tire Application Guide to find the recommended amount of sealant for your tire.

6. Install the recommended amount of sealant in to the tire. Do not over apply in high speed tires. This could cause vibration in the steering wheel at high speeds.

7. After Cat Claw Tire Sealant is installed, replace the valve core, air to recommended psi on sidewall of the tire, and drive the vehicle for a short distance to ensure complete coverage of the tire.
